WINNER OF THE STRATEGIC VISION'S TOTAL QUALITY AWARD FOR THE RANGE ROVER SPORT

Land Rover received the highest scores in Total Quality for a luxury brand in the 20th annual Strategic Vision Total Quality Index™ study and the Range Rover Sport led the way.
The Total Quality Index score not only measures a lack of issues, but also includes over 155 specific aspects of the vehicle ownership experience, from buying to owning and driving and including the following:
• Satisfaction with the complete ownership experience
• Perception of quality
• Owner reported delight
• Future purchase intent
• Emotional attachment to vehicle
The correlations derived from this complex measurement system are transformed into a 1000 point scale to facilitate comparisons. The scores typically range from 750 to 900, with scores over 800 considered terrific. That said, the Land Rover Range Rover Sport scored an impressive 907.
